Door core constructed with Kiln dried Douglas Fir. Face and back are covered with 1/2” plywood with 18 oz. woven fiberglass fused to both sides of the plywood, then 15 mils pure white glossy gel coat. Edges are covered with 18 gauge galvanized metal. Insulated with 4” insulation R value of 26.2, 2×8 track plank metal cladded with 26 gauge galvanized metal, total of tighteners varies depending on size of door. The angle iron sill seal predrilled and the bottom of the door is drilled to match after installation.

Access Door
Access doors will be the same specification as large door with two hinges, 8” portlite and two door tighteners. LOCKING HANDLE is an EXTRA OPTION,
Gasket is 1/2″x3” closed cell grease resistant sponge gasket and other widths available. Sizes available up to 9’ – 6″x12′ – 0” CLEAR OPENING. the door facing will have NO JOINTS or FACE SEAMS.

A.C. plywood (bare or seal coated), galvanized metal and stainless steel, Facings as well os our white glassboard can be mixed tor different facings each side.

C. Hinge blades on large size doors are heavy duty 3/4″x4″ to approximately one half the width of the door with 3/4″ Pins, and 2 to 5 hinges depending on size.
D. Doors over 10′.6″ in height to have a double lock strike and fastener.
